By accessing or using Miaru, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Using Miaru
Miaru grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use our learning content for your own education. Please use Miaru respectfully and lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
Accounts
When accounts become available, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Content and intellectual property
All lessons, designs, characters (including Luffy), and other materials on Miaru are owned by Miaru, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
Disclaimer
Miaru is provided on an “as is” basis while we build and improve it. We make no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free operation during this early period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Miaru after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
